Community Projects?

I think since V8 is all about keeping things organized and not spread all over like V6 and V7, why not have big community projects we can all work on together? Sea told me about an artificial chunk error everyone was working on in like V2 or something. What kind of things do you think the people of V8 can make?

The world's already cluttered, you guys haven't noticed it, obviously. Someone made a little wood home, with a moderately-sized redstone yard, someone's made a stone home on a big wood pole. It's kind of turning into V3-5. People are building outside of the spawn, and not focusing in keeping it tidy. It's like starting a city, you make the town hall, then go about 5 miles away and make some houses. You should build outward, not inward.

While talking about a new Heroes monument on server with San, I just suggested that we do a serverwide megabuild and make it a Colliseum of Heroes, and just have everyone on server work together on it to make it amazingly epik! Who thinks this is a good idea?

i think that is a great idea, i can apply the sphere algorithm i'm using for Heliopolis and modify it to make a Colosseum, also if this happens i call Pillar desing :P

I'd like my desert town, that -will- be a mega-build, to be exclusive though. If that's alright. It won't be as if someone just plopped a building down on a plot of land, though.
