Deserts of Atopia

I have been planning to make a desert-themed exclusive town. The name is currently temporary. I will be making about 50% of the whole town out of Sandstone, as Sand collapses e.g. roofs, flooring above a basement ect. It won't all be made out of sand/sandstone, but most of it will be sand/sandstone/cactus.

I will be needing some builders to help me build it, I request you are from at least V3, or a Version that I worked/I trust you from. the mods/admins will be able to help, as they are mods/admins, but I also need good builders, as I don't want my town to be filled with 10-floored buildings. If I see anyone that makes buildings like that in my town when I let you in, I will kick you out, and ask you to remove your building. You must also go with the theme. Failure to follow these simple aesthetic and building rules will get you banned. Why? Because they're easy to follow, you won't have ANY problem unless if you are ignorant, don't follow rules, or just don't care and want to be part of my exclusive town just to say you are.

Currently, there is no images, as I am still terraforming and such. Any help is very much needed, although, I won't be on for a while so it may take a while. I will only be on about 2-4 hours a day.

Depends on how you'll build. I don't want skyscrapers in my town, and it has to stick to the theme.
